Preview ISS's Data - Compare company-submitted data to the ratings information in ISS's database. View the Impact of Modifying Governance Factors - View your company's CGQ and the changes that may be considered to improve the rating. Select Peers - Select peers for comparative purposes. Peer Comparison - Compare your company's governance against three self-selected peers as well as statistics for the relative index and peer group used by ISS.

Please note that the CGQs provided on the web site for your company are dynamic since all ratings are provided on a relative basis compared to companies in the applicable index and industry groups. A company's relative CGQ scores can change on a day-to-day basis as new companies are rated by ISS. In addition, the index and industry membership groups for calculating the relative CGQ scores are updated monthly and a company's CGQ scores can change based on changes in membership in the index and industry groups. CGQ scores displayed for your company on the website can change on a day-to-day basis without any changes to a company's governance structure. Furthermore, the CGQ scores displayed in ISS's proxy analysis will likely be different from the CGQ scores indicated in this site.
