Please note that the CGQs provided on the web
site for your company are dynamic since all ratings are provided on
a relative basis compared to companies in the applicable index and
industry groups. A company's relative CGQ scores can change on a day-to-day
basis as new companies are rated by ISS. In addition, the index, industry
and country membership groups for calculating the relative CGQ scores
are updated monthly and a company's CGQ scores can change based on
changes in membership in the index, industry and country groups. (For

here.) Note that country CGQ scores are only calculated for the
following markets: Australia
, Canada , France , Germany , Japan , and the United Kingdom . Companies
in other markets are scored relative to the index and industry groups
only.
Because CGQ scores are relative, CGQ scores displayed for your company on the website can change on a day-to-day basis without any changes to a company's governance structure.
