This module allows users to view data in ISS's governance database used to calculate CGQs. All data is pulled from publicly available filings and the company web site. Data is updated in advance of each shareholders' meeting.

This module allows users to view the scoring system and the governance provisions in place at peer companies. Users may make governance changes that will improve their rating.
